A unique opportunity to join the team as a part-time Administrator offering support to departments across the business.
A new role within Cuff Miller, we are looking for a confident administrator to join our team. The successful applicant will be a friendly and professional individual who will help deliver the high standards of personal customer service for which we are recognised and pride ourselves.
This is intended to be a part-time role with some flexibility, approximately 25 hours per week with an afternoon bias.

Responsibilities
The role will entail a variety of tasks, including (but not limited to):
Accounts: Assisting with data entry, bank reconciliation, and processing financial transactions.
Sales: Producing and distributing sales correspondence, filing, and record-keeping. Answering the phone, transferring calls, and taking messages as required.
Aftersales: Assisting with loading Digital Service Records and supporting vehicle documentation, pre-calling customers ahead of their appointments, handling service bookings, and updates, taking payments, and "handing back" vehicles and paperwork to owners at the end of their visit.
This position would suit someone with existing dealership experience or a background in an administration or hospitality role. Full training will be given as the role is developed with the successful applicant.
Qualifications
Good level of literacy and numeracy, with GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Competent and proficient in the use of a computer.
Skills, ability, and attitude
Positive and proactive approach.
Ability to both follow instructions and work on your own initiative.
Team player, willing to support your colleagues.
Excellent communication skills.
Willingness to undertake training as required.
Excellent time management.

Full time Vehicle Technician
About the Vehicle Technician Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you play an important role in keeping the local community running. We are ideally looking for a Level 3 Qualified Technician, Main Dealer or Authorised Repair experience and MOT qualifications are advantageous but not essential. Qualifications for EV and hybrid drivetrains would also be an advantage; however it is expected that the successful candidate will attend full training to become an EV specialist.

Responsibilities
Fault diagnostic and rectification
Vehicle servicing and maintenance
Be able to offer a careful and considered approach to all repairs
Follow manufacturer warranty processes
Work effectively as part of a team and on one’s own initiative. Have excellent time management
Have good organisational skills and display accuracy in their work
Be comfortable working with both passenger car and light commercial vehicles
Proficiently communicate and coordinate with workshop control and parts departments
Qualifications
Full driving licence with no endorsements for drink, drug or dangerous driving
NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds or appropriate qualification.
