UK and European Roadside Assistance

UK and European Roadside Assistance is offered as an option with Ford Scheduled Service and Motorcraft Service at Cuff Miller. It is valid from the date of service for 12 months, or until the next service is due, whichever comes first.

Features:

  • Roadside the UK and Europe
  • Assistance if you break down at home
  • Alternative transport, replacement vehicle or overnight accommodation if your car can’t be repaired on the spot
  • Recovery including caravans and trailers

Roadside Assistance is available 24 hours a day, all year round by calling via the FordPass app or by calling 0203 564 4444.

Ford OneCall

To access Ford Services, including the Ford Customer Relationship Centre, Financial and Breakdown or Accident Services in the UK, please call 0203 564 4444.

Ford eCheck

The Ford eCheck generally takes place at the time of your Ford Scheduled or Motorcraft Service.

Features:

  • Provides a visual 30-point inspection by Ford Trained Technicians
  • Produces a detailed report identifying faults using a Red-Amber-Green traffic light system (red for immediate action, amber for items to be monitored and green for no issues reported)

Independently Inspected by the RAC

Vehicles in our workshop are independently inspected by the RAC to ensure they meet the high Ford standards for servicing and repair. The checks are conducted at random on customer vehicles throughout the year and include physical and visual quality checks.
