FordPass can help you locate the nearest parking, look for prices, times and availability. You can also drop a map-pin so you can remember exactly where you parked.

If you have a complaint, please contact us if we can help. However, if you feel that we are unable to assist impartial advice and dispute resolution is available through the Motor Ombudsman online or via 0843 910 9000. Calls are charged at 7p per minute plus your providers connection charge.
Vehicles in our workshop are independently inspected by the RAC to ensure they meet the high Ford standards for servicing and repair. The checks are conducted at random on customer vehicles throughout the year and include physical and visual quality checks.
